Abstract: To study effect of different Cellulolytic bacteria in daily ration on the production performance of geese,64 Nong'an local geese with 0-day-old were selected. The experimental geese were divided into four groups, each group 16. From 0-day-old on the cellulose decomposing bacteria was fed to test group once every three days, feeding amount of 109 CFU/mL. Cellulolytic bacteria: isolated from goose tract Cellulolytic bacterium Bacillus amplification (A group), isolated from termite gut Cellulolytic Bacterium Bacillus Amplification (B group); isolated from cow dung fiber amplification of Bacillus Decomposing Bacteria (C group). Control group was fed the same amount of distilled water instead. The results showed that A, B, C bacteria can increase goose daily gain, feed intake, feed conversion was significantly reduced. B bacteria was better, A bacteria followed, C bacteria was poor.
