Isolation and Identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus

Abstract: The isolation and identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from seafood was studied by several methods,including bacterial morphological observation,halophilic test,cytochrome oxidase test,indole test,lysine decarboxylase test,arginine digydrolase hydrolysis,Voge-Proskauer test and sucrose fermentation.Result showed that bacterium from seafood was identified as Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
