Abstract: For investigating the effect of corn fiber feed on production performance in laying hens, in this experiment,500 240-days-old laying hens were randomly allotted to 5 treatments ,with each treatment represented by 5 replicates of 20 birds each. Ⅰ to V groups experiment diets used 0,0.92%,1.84%,2.76% and 3.68%. Pre-feeding period was 7 days and the experiment lasted 60 days. The results indicated: ① Compared with the control group, there were no significant effect on the egg production rates, average egg weight, day-egg yields ,feed conversion ratio and broken (soft) eggshell rates. V group decreased the day-feed intake by 5.48% significantly than the control group(P<0.05). Ⅳ group decreased the mortality significantly by 87.5% compared with the control group(P<0.05). ② The apparent digestibility of CP of Ⅱ group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),others were higher than the control group(P<0.05).All the experiment groups were higher than the control group in the index of Ca, Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ experiment groups were effective. The index of P were higher than the control group(P<0.05). ③ Every group increased the economic efficiency.
