Abstract: In order to study security of the pyroline injection, the subchronic toxicity was investigated. Experimental mouse were fed daily to the pyroline injection 80, 160, 320 mg/kg, mouse in each group weight change, organ coefficient, blood biochemical indices and check the heart, liver, spleen, kidney, thymus and other organs, pathological changes were measured and analyzed. The results showed that, there was no pathological change in viscera, after mice of the test groups were killed. Organ coefficients of mice were no significant difference (P>0.05) between the control and test groups. The liver and kidney tissue of mice in test group 320 mg/kg changed slightly. Results showed that the pyroline injection of low toxicity can be safely used for animals.
