华南地区两株副猪嗜血杆菌的生物学特性与致病性研究

Abstract

Abstract: Two strains of Haemophilus parasuiswere studied on the characterization of colony culture, biological characteristics, serotype identification, resistance to drug, antigenicity and pathogenicity. The serological identification proved that one is 4 antigen type, and the other is 5 antigen type. The results showed that the two strains of Haemophilus parasuis multiplied rapidly and could reach 10⁹ CFU in 10 h. Their LD₅₀ are 1.52×10⁹ CFU and 9.3×10⁸ CFU. These two isolated strains had drug resistance to Fluoroquinolone antimicrobials and Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprium (SXT). They all have high immunogenicity. These results indicate that these two strains of Haemophilus parasuiscould be the candidate vaccine strains.
