Abstract: The male Kunming mice were divided into groups of normal control (0.15 mg/kg), deficiency dosage (0.01 mg/kg), low dosage (0.16 mg/kg), medium dosage (0.31 mg/kg), high dosage (0.61 mg/kg).Determining the enzyme activity of GSH-Px and the reproductive ability (sperma quality-abnormity rate, acrosome reaction, shielding factor) of male mice after set up the animal model of nulli-Se. The nulli-Se animal model was established in the end of nine weeks. The organ exponent of deficiency dosage decreased significantly. Compared with the NC and the Se dosage, there were no significant deviation. The Se-E with azoospermia of 23.1%, with the teratospermia rate of 57.9%, with the acrosome integrity rate of 47%, with the hypotonic expansion rate of 43.8%, with the product of 0, compared with the other dosage, there were a significant deviation. There are some strengthen with azoospermia and motility rate of Se dosages. Besides the hypotonic expansion rate, there were a significant deviation with the NC group. Deficiency selenium can affect Kunming male mice’ growth, health and reproduction ability. Selenium compound could reinforced the reproductive ability, and high dose which is in the range of safety dose has obviously promotion.
