Abstract: For reconstructing the contaminated BHK-21 cells artificially by M.hyorhinis with the Enrofloxacin, the contaminated BHK-21 cells were treated with the MEM growing solution of 10 mg/L Enrofloxacin circularly by physical and chemical methods, and the course was monitored by the methods of DNA fluorescent staining and PCR. The M.hyorhinis was cleaned successfully after 4 cycles and 3 passages, the BHK-21 cells were recovered. The method offered a reference for saving the contaminated cells by Mycoplasma.
