Abstract: The aim is to reconstruct the BHK-21 cells contaminoted by Escherichia coli using Enrofloxacin. This study tested the MIC of Escherichia coli and BHK-21 cells, found the safe concentration of Enrofloxacin was 10 mg/L, it didn't effect the growth of BHK-21 cells, and could inhibit the Escherichia coli. By physical and chemical method, the contaminated BHK-21 cells were treated with the MEM growing solution of the same concentration of Enrofloxacin circularly. The Escherichia coli were cleaned successfully after 3 cycles and 3 passages, the BHK-21 cells were recovered. The method offered a reference for saving the contaminated cells.
