Abstract: To determine the values of physiological and biochemical parameters in Dwarf brown layer at age of 20, 40 and 60 weeks and compare the variations of these data between both genders. The blood samples were collected and tested for physiological values using hematology analyzer and biochemical values using Olympus AU400 auto-analyzer. The value of RBC, HGB, MPV, PDW, LYMF%,CHO and TP were on the rise, and the value of HCT, MCV, RDW%, WBC, LYMF decreased at first and then increased. The value of MCH, MCHC, PCT,PLT, MID, MID%, GRAN, GRAN%,AST,GLU,ALB,TG and ALT increased at first and then decreased. There was a very significant difference (P<0.05) between RBC, HCT, HGB, WBC, LYMF and AST values in male and female Dwarf brown layer at age of 20,40 and 60 weeks. This showed that the values of the physiological and biochemical parameters were different between male and female Dwarf brown layer at age of 20,40 and 60 weeks.
