Abstract: The study was conducted to determine the effect of diffent heat serum, diffent sheep individuals, sperm density, cumulus’effect and different culture media on the development of embryos from in vitro fertilization. The results showed that heat three days serum affect greatly the cleavage rate (CR) and the blastocyst rate (BR)(P<0.01);and the different sperm how ever they are freezed or fresh have significant affect on CR and BR. No significant differences in CR and BR were found both sperm densities of 2×106 to 6×106 sperms/mL.The cumulus of oocyte have no effect on IVF;there were no different effect on BR and CR of the culture media of SOF and CRLaa.
