Abstract

Abstract: In order to understand the infection and hazard of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis of Yanmenguan, and formulate the prevention and control procedures scientifically which suit to infectious bovine rhinotracheitis of Loess Plateau.The experiment was conducted by epidemiological investigation. The ELISA test was used for the investigation,and the 665 bovine serum samples in yanmenguan region was tested, it was found that 330 cattle were positive, 55 suspicious.After the positive cattle analysised,it was found that more cases were Holstein cattle which feeded health conditions in general,lived in the mountains without introduction quarantine cattle or residential areas.
