黄鳝嗜水气单胞菌的分离鉴定及中药体外抑菌效果研究

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract：The septicemia of finless eel is mainly caused by Aeromonas hydrophila,its incidence rate and mortality rate is so high that causes a serious loss in the field of finless eel cultivation. In this experiment，a sort of bacterial was isolated from some sick finless eel which were diagnosed of septicemia turned out to be the Aeromonas hydrophila and 12 kinds of Chinese herbs were chosed to study the anti-bacterial efficiency and the inhibitory circle was measured. And the results could help to develop a new Chinese materia medica preparation to prevent the septicemia of finless eel.
