Antibacterial Experiment Research of Chelidonine with Different Extraction Methods

Abstract: Choosing the six common pathogenic bacteria to obtain the six kinds of extraction MIC value by detecting. The result showed that antibacterial material of Chelidonine mainly focus on the parts of polarity small, polarity large water n-buoh without bacteriostatic effect.
