Abstract: Integrins are transmembrane cell-adhesion molecules ,mainly involved cell adhere to the extracellar matrix(ECM) raction. To make ECM and the intracellular cytoskeleton network together into a whole, this is the cell adhesion action of integrin. Integrins are transmembrane cell-adhesion molecules that carry signals from the outside to the inside of the cell and vice versa. This review, focus on the structure and function of integrin, cell adhesion, signaling transduction and so on.

Key words: integrin; cell adherin; signaling transduction
