The Analysis of the Key Points of the Mitking Hygienic Dection in the Milking Hall

Abstract: The milking parlour has the important influence to raw milk’s quality. This paper describes the detection of the milking parlour’s several key points: milking machine’s milk lining, vacuum pressure level, the filter diaphragm, the pulse tube and the pulsator as well as the milking machine’s cleanness after milking; hygiene of the milking parlour, milking operation and the cleaning of milk storage. Through strengthening milking parlour’s examination, to ensure the quality of raw milk.
