Abstract: Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) that make up 90% of all genetic variations, inherited and do not change much from generation to generation, is now serving as a new molecular markers, can be of great value to genetics research and the studies is straightforward very much. So,this paper elaborated the advantage of SNP to gave a hand for its beening wellknown and further study.
