青海省乌兰县牧羊犬犬新孢子虫病的血清学调查

Abstract

Abstract: The purified GSTNcSAG1t was used in an enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of N caninum antibodies in shepherd dogs from western of Qinghai area. Field serum samples collected from shepherd dogs of Wulan County of Qinghai province were examined for the diagnosis of neosporosis by using the ELISA. Of the 80 analyzed samples from shepherd dogs 25（31.25%）samples were positive for antibodies to N caninum. These results suggest that Neospora caninum were infected in shepherd dogs from Wulan county of Qinghai province.

Serodiagnosis of Neospora Caninum Infection in Shepherd Dogs of Wulan County of Qinghai Province
