Abstract: The objective of study was to observe the impact of epinephrine, acetylcholine and atropin on relevant physiological indexes of rabbit’s, respiratory intensity, respiratory rate, heart rate. domestic rabbits were anaesthetized, then were injected with epinephrine, acetyl choline, atropine in turn. The respiratory curve and electrocardiogram during 5 minutes were recorded. The results showed that: the respiratory intensity, heart rate of domestic rabbit were strengthened after intravenous injection with epinephrine, but respiratory rate droped; the respiratory intensity, heart rate of domestic rabbit were weakened after intravenous injection with acetylcholine, the respiratory rate increased; the respiratory intensity decreased, and respiratory rate, heart rate of domestic rabbit increased after intravenous injection with atropine. Therefore, epinephrine, acetylcholine, atropine have some influence on relevant physiological indexes of domestic rabbit.
