One-day-old chicklings maternal HI antibody was higher and its maternal declined fast after 15-17-day-old.The chicklings maternal HI antibody against NDV, IBV and H9 subtype AIV were 0. The result indicated that the young than 14-day-old chicklings could get 100% protection against NDV, IBV and H9 subtype AIV within 60 days post immunization. Young than 7-day-old chicklings could get 100% protection within 120 to 135 days post immunization; 1-day-old chickling could get 100% protection within 150 to 180 days after breed hen immunized.
