Abstract: 49 strains E Coli were separated from the disease meterals of several table chicken feeding factories in the contiguous area of Henan，Shandong and Hebei provinces，and 42 strains were confirmed as belonging to 11 serum types.The chief serum types are O2，O78，O1，O74，and O11，with the percentage of 26.2％，19.0％，11.9％，9.5％ and 9.5％ resp，which indicated the complexity of serum types in this area.The testing of sensitivity to drugs，showed that the 49 separated strains of E Coli are most Sensitivity to amikain florfenicol and cefotaxime，with the highsensitive strains reaching 94％ ~100％.So they can be the chief choosed drugs to prevent and cure this epidemic disease.
