The Influence of the Different Drying Methods on Nutritive Value of Alfalfa in High Plateau Area

Abstract: In this paper,the influence of different drying methods on the nutritive value of alfalfa were researched.The results demonstrated that steam-pressing combined with sun-curing could make shorten the drying time and reduce the loss of CP,Ca and P of alfalfa hay,even could keep nutritive value and improve the quality of alfalfa hay.
