Abstract: One thousand 1-day-old yellow-feathered chicken were divided into 5 groups (control group, antibiotics group, 0.3% Spice Chinese Additives (CHA) group, 0.4% CHA groups, 0.3% CHA+ Active Feed Dry Yeast). The results showed that 0.3% CHA could increase body weight, decrease feed conversion, and improve muscle performance of maintaining water. By taster judgement of some experts, total grade of the chick meat including tenderness, falvor, succulence and soup taste was the best, its net profit was the highest, 4.218RMB per chick.
