The Phytase Activity in the Feed and Chyme of Chickens

Abstract

Abstract: 2 weeks～10 weeks Hanlanhe layers were used in the experiment and assigned into seven groups.By analyzing the phytase activity in the feed and chyme of chickens. The results showed that the phytase activity increased with adding bran and phytase. Phytase activity of chime in small intestine can analysis.It was also showed that the phytase activity increased with the chickens aged.
