Abstract: The activity of SOD and GSHPx and the level of MDA of lymphocyte membrane in the modle chicken with Vitamin E (VE)deficiency that produced by using low content of VE feedstuff and supplying unsaturated fatty acid in the diet were detected by Test Kit;the membrane fluidity of lymphocyte in the same modle chicken was detected through fluorescence polarization. The results showed that activity of SOD and GSH-Px and fluidity of lymphocyte membrane were significantly lower in experimental chicken than control ones(P<0.05，P<0.01);the MDA content were significantly higher than control ones (P<0.05).The results indicated that VE plays an important role in maintaining the function of lymphocyte membrane in chicken. 
