Bolting and Characterization of Stage Specificity Gene of Trichinella Spiralis

Abstract: Bolting and characterizing the gene of specificity gene of trichinella spiralis neogenesis larva，results indicate ，getting seven positive clone by screening by hybridization of nucleic acid for cDNA Lib of neogenesis larva，about 1.4kb，after marking cDNA bougie by isotope α32P, Southern blotting hybridizating them with cDNA Lib plasmid DNA of trichinella spiralis neogenesis larva, imago, myo-larva， results indicate ,having hybridization with cDNA Lib plasmid DNA of trichina larva, imago，not of imago， myo-larva. Accordingly，this bougie is characteristic fragment of neogenesis larval phase.
