Research and Application of Phytase in Nutrition of Animal and Poultry

Abstract: Phytase can improve the digestion and utilization of phosphorus in feed for animal and poultry, remove the antinutrition factors, improve the performance of animal and poultry. It has potential nutrition to the diets and can reduce the excretion of nitrogen and phosphorus, so it is environmentally beneficial. The application and development of phatase in nutrition of animal and poultry are discussed in this article.
