摘要/Abstract

摘要： 采用微量稀释法和中西药联合传代法，比较鬼针草不同溶媒提取液对产超广谱β-内酰胺酶（ESBLs）大肠杆菌的抑菌效果，结果表明，鬼针草水煮液、乙酸乙酯提取液、丙酮提取液、三氯甲烷提取液与西药联合使用时均具有良好的抑菌效用，且抑菌效果乙酸乙酯提取液＞水煮液＞丙酮提取液＞三氯甲烷提取液，但水煮液与抗生素联合效果更好，能降低更多不同类抗生素最小抑菌浓度（MIC）。

Abstract: This paper researched antibacterial effect of different Bidens bipinnata L extracts against clinical ESBLs E.coli by means of micro-dilution assay and the present method of combining traditional Chinese herbs with western medicine in vitro. The results showed that it had good inhibitory effect under Bidens bipinnata L decoction, ethyl acetate extracts, acetone extracts and trichloromethane extracts in combination with antibiotic. And ethyl acetate extracts was the most efficient. Bidens bipinnata L decoction was the most widespread, and could reduce the MIC of different antibiotics.
