摘要： 作者阐述了当前转型升级期中国奶业在生产、监管、政策、技术推广和交流合作等方面面临的形势，分析了这些形势的具体表现，旨在对研究奶业发展规律、行业走向、产业定位等提供参考。

Abstract: The author described and analysised the development situation of China dairy industry during the period of transformation and upgrading in production, supervision, policy, technical popularization and cooperation, and it's to offer reference to research on dairy development rule, trend and orientation.
