雏鸡脑软化症免疫组织的氧化和抗氧化特性

The Oxidative and Anti-oxidative Characteristics of Immune Tissuesin Chicken with Encephalomalacia

摘要: 用低维生素E(VE)日粮饲喂雏鸡,复制脑软化症动物模型,通过对雏鸡血清和免疫组织中一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)和活性氧(ROS)含量以及黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的检测,探究脑软化症雏鸡免疫组织的氧化与抗氧化特性。研究结果表明,患病雏鸡血清、脾脏和法氏囊中自由基和脂质过氧化物增多,而GSH-Px活性和T-AOC均降低,说明脑软化症雏鸡免疫组织发生氧化应激,抗氧化防御系统机能下降。

Abstract: The chicken was fed with low VE feedstuff to duplicate model of encephalomalacia.The oxidative and anti-oxidative characteristics of immune tissues in chicken with encephalomalacia were studied through detecting the content of NO,MDA and ROS in serum and immune tissues, the activity of XOD, GSH-Px and T-AOC. The results showed that the higher content of free radical and lipid peroxidation products,lower activity of GSH-Px and lower T-AOC in serum,spleen and bursa of chicken with encephalomalacia than that of control ones. The results indicated that oxidative stress occurred and the function of antioxidant system decreased in immune tissues of chicken with encephalomalacia.
