Isolation and Identification of a New Type of Duck Hepatitis Virus by RT-PCR

摘要: 为调查发病鸭场的病原,本试验从发病鸭场中分离到1株鸭肝炎病毒,Reed-Muench法测定该病毒对鸭胚ELD50为10-5.53/0.2 mL,动物回归试验显示攻毒雏鸭复制出原发病鸭场鸭的临床症状和病理变化,鸭病毒性肝炎病毒(DHV)Ⅰ型阳性血清对分离株病毒无中和作用,RT-PCR鉴定分离株病毒为新型鸭肝炎病毒。

Abstract: In order to investigate the pathogenesis of duck field, one strain of duck hepatitis virus was isolated from the duck field, determination of the virus in duck embryo ELD50 for 10-5.53/0.2 mL by Reed-Muench method, animal regression test showed attack ducklings reproduce original disease and clinical symptoms and pathological changes, type DHV-Ⅰ positive serum on strains isolated virus without neutralization, RT-PCR identification the isolated strain of the virus is a new type of duck hepatitis virus.
