摘要： 摘要：作者以兽用B超为基础，针对实际生产中肉牛皮厚、脂肪厚、腰肌厚、腰肌面积及肌间脂肪等指标的检测要求，综述了兽用B超在肉牛活体检测中的应用。

Abstract: Abstract：This review article was based on Aquila Vet B-mode ultrasonic equipment of PIE MEDICAL company in Holland，and the application of B-mode ultrasound measurement in beef cattle about skin thickness，fat thickness，loin thickness，loin area and intramuscular fat were discussed.
