副猪嗜血杆菌的分离鉴定及自家灭活苗的研制

Isolation,Identification of Haemophilus Parasuis and Preparation of Own Inactivated Vaccine

摘要: 从病猪体内分离细菌,对分离菌株从形态、染色、培养特性、生化特性等方面进行鉴定;用纸片扩散法筛选敏感药物,实验室合成氢氧化铝胶佐剂,制备自家苗对其进行防制。试验结果表明,该分离菌为副猪嗜血杆菌,病猪确诊为副猪嗜血杆菌病,分离菌对头孢噻肟、丁胺卡那霉素、庆大霉素、头孢菌素高度敏感,用自家苗防制该病安全有效。结果提示,副猪嗜血杆菌病只有通过实验室分离鉴定才可确诊,临床应筛选敏感药物进行治疗,制备自家苗对预防该病有较好效果。

Abstract: pathogens collected in the laboratory were used for isolation and culture, staining, microscopy, animal test, and biochemical test; disk diffusion method was used to screen sensitive drugs, aluminum aluminum adjuvant was sgnthetized in the laboratory, own inactivated vaccine was prepared to control their disease. The experimental results showed that, the is olate strain was Haemophilus parasuis, isolated strains were sensitive to Cefotaxime, Amikacin, Gentamicin and Cephalosporins; own inactivated vaccine to control the disease was safe and effective. 
