化学发光免疫分析法检测猪尿中莱克多巴胺残留

Determination of Ractopamine Residues in the Swine Urine by Chemiluminescence Immunoassay

摘要: 本试验运用化学发光免疫分析法(chemiluminescence immunoassay,CLIA)检测猪尿中莱克多巴胺(Ractopamine,RAC)的残留。检测限为0.01 ng/mL,检测范围为0.036~32.2 ng/mL。添加浓度分别为0.1、1、10 ng/mL,平均回收率为73.2%,批内平均变异系数为9.7%,批间平均变异系数为11.3%。而本研究所建立的化学发光免疫检测方法(CLISA)可以达到检测RAC残留的要求。

Abstract: A method was established for the determination of Ractopamine (RAC) residues in swine urine by indirect competitive chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA). The limit of detection was 0.01 ng/mL, and the detection ranged from 0.036 to 32.2 ng/mL. At the fortified levels of 0.1, 1 and 10 ng/mL, mean recoveries was 73.2%, the intra-assay variation was 9.7%, and the inter-assay variation was 11.3%.
