摘要: 本研究采用Real-time PCR的方法检测了分析了民猪的IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ、IGF-ⅠR和IGFBP-3基因在骨骼肌中冷诱导前后的表达变化。结果表明,IGF-Ⅰ基因表达水平极显著上调(P<0.01),IGF-Ⅱ和IGF-ⅠR基因表达水平极显著下调(P<0.01),而IGFBP-3冷诱导前后表达变化差异不显著(P>0.05)。

Abstract: In this study, the Real-time PCR method was used to detect the expression changes of the IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-Ⅱ, IGF-ⅠR and IGFBP-3 gene of Min pig in skeletal muscle before and after cold-induced. The results showed that, IGF-Ⅰ gene expression levels were significantly raised (P<0.01), IGF-Ⅱ and IGF-ⅠR were significantly lower (P<0.01), whereas IGFBP-3 was no significant changed before and after cold induction (P>0.05).
