南美蟛蜞菊挥发油的抑菌活性及成分分析

Antimicrobial Activity and Chemical Composition of Essential Oil from Wedelia trilobata(L.) Hitchc

摘要: 本试验旨在研究南美蟛蜞菊挥发油对畜禽、水产养殖中常见致病细菌的抑菌效果。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取南美蟛蜞菊挥发油,研究测定了其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌、耶尔森氏菌、鳗弧菌、嗜水气单胞菌的抑制效果,并用GC-MS分析了其化学成分。结果表明,南美蟛蜞菊挥发油对7种供试菌种都具有显著的抑制效果,且随着挥发油浓度的增大,其抑菌活性增强;利用气相-质谱联用法(GC-MS)从南美蟛蜞菊挥发油中鉴定出了48种组分,主要含有庚烷(1,3,3-三甲基-三环(2,2,1,0(2,6))、3-蒈烯、α-水芹烯、氧化石竹烯和丁香烯等。

Abstract: The experiment was conducted to study the antimicrobial activity of essential oil from Wedelia trilobata(L.) Hitchc. to the common pathogenic bacterias on livestock and aquaculture.The essential oil was extracted from Wedelia trilobata(L.) Hitchc. by steam distillation, and then its antimicrobial activity and chemical composition were assayed. The results showed the essential oil of Wedelia trilobata(L.) Hitchc. had significant inhibitory effect on 7 kinds of bacteria tested,and when the concentration of the essential oil was higher, the antibacterial activity was enhanced.Forty-eight ingredients were identified from Wedelia trilobata(L.) Hitchc.by GC-MS, the maor components were Tricycloheptane,1,3,3-trimethyl-3-Carene,alpha.-Phllandrene,Caryophyllene oxide,etc.
