摘要: 肿瘤抑制因子p53是第一个被发现的肿瘤抑制因子蛋白家族成员,该蛋白家族能感知许多细胞信号以调节细胞增殖、凋亡和分化。TGF-β是机体内重要的生理生化调节因子,在机体细胞生长分化、胚胎发育、创伤修复等方面发挥重要作用。p53与TGF-β信号转导密切相关。作者对近年p53与其依赖的TGF-β在细胞生长调控方面的相互联系研究进展作一简要综述。

Abstract: p53 is the first discovered member of tumor suppression protein family, which can sense many cell signals to regulate cell proliferation, apoptosis and differentiation. TGF-β is a important physiological and biochemical regulator in organism which plays a important role in cell growth, differentiation, embryonic development, damage repair and so on. p53 has a close relationship with TGF-β signaling pathway. The relationship of p53 and TGF-β in cell growth regulation in latest years were reviewed.
