无透明带体细胞核移植研究进展

摘要: 目前,体细胞核移植主要还是沿用Willadsen发明的显微操作的去核、注核、融合和激活来完成。由于其核移植效率较低,且对仪器设备和技术人员的要求较高,因此,简化并建立一套更适合于生产条件下的体细胞核移植程序,从而提高核移植效率一直是人们所不懈努力的。作者就无透明带核移植技术和单个胚胎培养系统作一介绍。

Abstract: At present,the ways of somatic cell nclear transfer(SCNT) was still the same to the Willadsen’s method: enucleation, injection, fusion and activation.With its low efficiency and requiring sophisticated and expensive micromanipulation equipment and considerable skills from the operator,so attempt to simplify and establish a cloing process suitable for manufacturing conditions,thereby improve the effieiency of nuclear transfer has been a tireless efforts of the people.This paper introduces the methods of zona-free SCNT and the single embryo culture system.
