摘要: 活性氧自由基是需氧生物不可避免的,过多自由基的积累会导致水产动物细胞损伤,甚至引起疾病。作者从水产动物活性氧自由基产生和消除的机制及水环境温度、溶氧、盐度、过渡金属离子浓度和农药导致水产动物氧化应激的机理2方面进行综述,为中国集约化水产养殖准确控制水环境变化及有效抵抗氧化应激方面工作提供参考。

Abstract: Reactive oxygen species (ROS) were an unenviable part of aerobic animal,but they could caused cell damage of aquatic animals if accumulated too much,then caused diseases.In order to provide theoretical basis for works of against oxidative stress in China intensive aquaculture,these were reviewed that mechanisms of reactive oxygen species generation and elimination in aquatic animals,what were the mechanisms that the factors could lead to oxidative stress in aquatic environments,such as temperature,oxygen level,salinity,transition metal ions and pesticides.
