核酸标准物质研究现状

摘要: 以核酸扩增为基础的分子诊断技术越来越广泛的应用于医学研究、出入境检验检疫、疫病诊断等领域,核酸标准物质是保证体外诊断检测数据和结果准确一致的重要材料。作者介绍了国内外核酸标准物质的发展历史、研究现状及面临的挑战,展望了核酸标准物质未来发展方向。

Abstract: Molecular diagnostics based on nucleic acid amplification technology (NAT) were widely used in medical research, inspection and quarantine, disease diagnosis and other fields, available reference materials for NAT assays were critical to ensure the diagnostic test data and the results were accurate and consistency. This article described the development history, current situation and challenges of nucleic acid reference materials, and prospected for the future direction of development of nucleic acid standard materials.
