摘要: 牛奶中抗生素残留量超标将会严重危害消费者的身体健康。目前,高效液相色谱—串联质谱联用(HPLC-MS/MS)技术的成熟和发展已成为解决这一问题的强有力工具。该技术集分离、定性和定量于一体,分析速度快、选择性强、灵敏度高和重复性好,可同时对同一样品中多种药物成分进行检测。作者综述了近年来HPLC-MS/MS技术在牛奶抗生素残留检测中的研究进展,并阐述了HPLC-MS/MS技术的前处理方法、色谱质谱条件及其检测结果。

Abstract: Excessive amount of antibiotic residues in milk,would seriously endanger the health of consumers.Currently,the maturity and development of high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) technology which has became a powerful tool to solve above problem. This technology combined separation,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,which has also been fast analysis, strong selectivity,high sensitivity and good repeatability,and could detect multiple medicines in one sample simultaneously.This paper summarized the recent research progress on determination of antibiotic residues in milk by HPLC-MS/MS technology,and elaborated the pretreatment method,chromatography and mass spectrometry conditions and determination results of HPLC-MS/MS technology.
