摘要: 肉质性状与肌内脂肪含量紧密相关。心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(heart fatty acid-binding protein,H-FABP)基因作为影响肌内脂肪含量的候选基因之一,成为布莱凯特黑牛分子育种改善肉质性状的研究重点。作者就H-FABP对脂肪酸转运的调控机理、H-FABP基因定位和结构等方面进行阐述,并结合在不同畜禽上的研究进展进行比较分析,为利用现代分子生物技术培育布莱凯特黑牛新品种提供理论参考。

Abstract: H-FAPB gene, as one of the candidate genes affecting intramuscular fat content which is intimately related to meat quality traits, has become the key point of improving Black cattle meat quality by molecular breeding technology. The paper not only reviewed regulative mechanism of H-FABP influencing on fatty acid transportation and the location and structure of H-FABP gene, but also performed an analysis of scholars’ researches on different kinds of livestock and poultry, which would definitely provide theory reference for the breeding of Black cattle by means of modern molecular biotechnology.
