摘要/Abstract

摘要： 免疫活性肽是源于蛋白质的多功能化合物,具有促进和调节免疫功能的作用;其以活性高、来源广、稳定性强等优点受到国内外的广泛关注,并进行了大量的探究与试验。作者对不同来源的各种活性肽作一概述。

Abstract: Immune active peptides is originated from the multifunctional compounds of protein,it can promote and adjust the immune function. With its advantage of high activity,wide source and strong stability,it attracts extensive attention,and lots of inquiries and tests have been done. This article intends to make a summary of the latest different sources of various active peptide.
