摘要: 由于淀粉样物质与许多疾病,如阿兹海默病、帕金森综合症和朊蛋白病相关,对其形成的基础—结构方面的研究引起了越来越多人的关注。但是其结构目前还没有被完全研究清楚,文章介绍了多种研究淀粉样物质结构的先进方法,如氢氘交换、冷冻显微技术、固态核磁共振等。人们利用这些技术能够更精确地观察和研究淀粉样物质的结构,以便进行深入研究。

Abstract: Interest in understanding the structural basis of amyloid formation has been strongly motivated by their association with a number of diseases, such as Alzheimer's (AD), Parkinson's, and prion diseases. However, the structure of amyloid is still not very clear. Here, we described some of the most commonly used techniques, such as hydrogen-deuterium exchange, cryoelectron microscopy and solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance, employed in amyloid structure characterization. These techniques enabled high-resolution insights into molecular organization of amyloid.
