摘要: 本研究对从河北某鸡场分离的IBDV分离株的VP3基因进行了克隆和表达,将表达蛋白用亲和层析的方法进行纯化,纯化后的蛋白包被ELISA反应板,初步建立了一种用于检测IBDV抗体的间接ELISA方法。

Abstract: In this study, VP3 gene was cloned and expressed from IBDV field isolate, which was isolated from a poultry farm in Hebei province. After purification using affinity chromatography, the fusion protein was used as a coating antigen for the preliminary establishment of an indirect ELISA for IBDV antibody detection.
