摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为消除病原微生物传播隐患，保证蛋种鸡的安全传代。采用三氯异氰脲酸对进雏前育雏舍进行熏蒸消毒，用平板暴露法和琼脂平板涂抹法，分别对消毒前后育雏舍空气和鸡笼的细菌总数进行了检测及分析。结果表明，消毒前后细菌总数差异显著，细菌的杀灭率均达到94%以上，消毒效果较好。

Abstract: To remove the hidden danger from the transmission of pathogen microorganism, and ensure to go down to posterity of egg-breeding chicken in safety, we disinfected the brooder house with chlorinated isocyanuric acid, separately detected and analysed the bacterial counts in the air and coops. The results indicated that the bacterial counts were significantly different before and after disinfection, the bacterial killing rate were more than 94%, which was a better effect.
