摘要: 奶牛乳房炎是奶牛最常见的疾病之一,由多种致病菌感染引起,它不仅造成重大的经济损失,还影响乳的品质,危及人的健康。常规的检测方法在乳房炎的检测方面都存在不同程度的局限性。作者就PCR、多重PCR、实时荧光定量PCR、基因芯片等分子生物学技术在奶牛乳房炎诊断上的研究作一综述,并对其发展前景进行了分析展望。

Abstract: Cow mastitis is one of the most common diseases of dairy cow caused by a variety of pathogenic infection, which not only cause significant economic losses, but also affects the quality of milk, endangering people’s health. Conventional detection methods in mastitis are present in varying degrees of limitations. This paper reviewed the PCR, multiple PCR, real-time PCR, gene chips and other molecular biology techniques diagnostic studies in dairy cow mastitis, and analyzed their development prospects.
