蛋白磷酸酶1γ2及其与精子功能的研究进展

摘要: 蛋白磷酸酶1γ2(PP1γ2)是精子特异性蛋白磷酸酶,它是丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白磷酸酶1的4种异构体中的一种,它对调控精子的发生和精子的功能具有重要的作用。精子内源性的调节因子糖原合成激酶-3(GSK-3)、蛋白激酶A锚定蛋白4(AKAP4)、sds22及外源性的调节因子花萼海绵诱癌素A(OA)和冈田酸(CA)都能够通过激活和抑制精子PP1γ2来调节精子的发生、运动等相关功能的发挥。作者对蛋白磷酸酶1γ2与精子功能之间的关系进行了综述。

Abstract: Protein phosphatase 1γ2(PP1γ2) is sperm-specific protein phosphatase. It is one isomer of four serine-threonine protein phosphatase PP1α, PP1β, PP1γ1 and PP1γ2. Sperm endogenous factor GSK, AKAP4, sds22 and exogenous factor OA and CA have been able to inhibit or activate sperm-specific PP1γ2 to regulate the functions of spermatogenesis, sperm movement and other related functions. This review summarized the relationship between protein phosphatase 1γ2 and sperm function.
