防疫期间对猪场环境采取控制措施后的细菌监测

摘要: 为掌握和评价防疫期间猪场环境控制的各项安全措施对猪群安全的重要作用及潜在问题,本研究针对各项常规环节进行了全面的细菌监测,探索了细菌消长规律,并依其探讨了各项措施的安全效果和改进方向。研究结果表明,防疫期间确定的消毒措施可以较为有效地防止病原入侵,但空气中细菌数目回升较快,且猪舍内部中间部位洁净程度明显低于两端;而饮水器、食槽等主要器具的消毒效果不确定,可能是猪群内部疾病传播的主要途径,并据此提出在特殊时期应设计有针对性的消毒措施。

Abstract: To understand and evaluate the main function and potential problem of environmental control strategy in piggery, bacteria survey and its eat and flow law were carried out to ensure the safe production during animal epidemic prevention. The investigation showed that the certain desinfection measures could prevent pathogen bacteria incursion effectively, but the amount of bacteria in the air rose again quickly and that of middle in pigpen was higher obviously than those of both sides. The disinfection effect of drinking troughs and cribs was dubious, which would be the main way of disease spread among swines. Furthermore, the targeted measures should be put forword during the period of animal epidemic prevention.
