地锦草抗宫颈癌活性研究

Study on Anti-cervical Cancer Activity of Euphorbia Humifusa

摘要: 地锦草临床上多用于治疗菌痢、肠炎、病毒性肝炎、咳血、尿血、便血等。本试验通过建立小鼠U14宫颈癌模型,利用水煎法得到水提物,根据抑瘤率和对突变型p53蛋白表达的影响来研究地锦草水提物体内抗宫颈癌活性。结果表明,地锦草水提物能够显著抑制肿瘤生长,同时能使肿瘤组织的突变型p53蛋白的表达量显著下调。这可能是地锦草水提物抗肿瘤作用的潜在机制。

Abstract:

Euphorbia humifusa is always used to cure bacillary dysentery,enteritis,virus hepatitis,coughing up blood,blood urine,blood feces. This study using cervical cancer-bearing mice models investigated the anti-cervical activity of Euphorbia humifusa which was extracted by decoction according to tumor inhibition rate and the effect on expression of mutant p53 protein. It was obvious that the aqueous extract of Euphorbia humifusa could inhibit growth of tumor and significantly down regulate the expression of mutant p53 protein. This could be the potential mechanism of Euphorbia humifusa’s anti-tumor activity.
