摘要: γ-干扰素(interferon gamma,IFN-γ)是干扰素的一种,又称为Ⅱ型干扰素或免疫干扰素,主要由活化的T细胞和NK细胞产生。IFN-γ是动物机体最重要的细胞因子之一,是主要的巨噬细胞活化因子(macrophage activating factor,MAF),具有强大的免疫调节作用和抗病毒、抗肿瘤作用。目前,干扰素基因工程和基因治疗研究引起了广泛关注,已被应用于人类疾病临床治疗和动物疾病防控研究。作者就IFN-γ的基本特征、生物学活性、检测及其在猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)中的研究应用进行了综述。

Abstract: Interferon-γ (interferon gamma, IFN-γ) known as type Ⅱ interferon or immune interferon is a kind of interferons which secreted mainly by activated T cells and NK cells. As one of the most important cytokines in animal body, IFN-γ is the major macrophage-activating factor (MAF) which has the abilities of immunolo-regulation, antivirus, anti-tumor and so on. At present, more and more attention has been payed on the research of gene engineering and gene therapy using interferon, and interferon has already been used for the researches both on clinical therapy of human disease and prevention and control of animal disease. In this paper, we reviewed the characteristic, biological activity and detection method of IFN-γ, and subsequently the application of IFN-γ in the research of PRRS was also mentioned.
